Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
